The Homestead Trailer Park offers you a quiet, relaxing,
natural atmosphere on 45 well treed acres fronting on Eels Lake, and bordered
by two rivers, providing a mile of scenic shoreline with a natural sandy beach area.
We are located in the eastern corner of the Haliburton Highlands, just 32 kms south
of Bancroft (the mineral capital of Canada, and fast being recognized as the
snowmobile capital of Ontario). |

Enjoy Our Facilities
The Homestead Trailer Park offers for your camping enjoyment 150
spacious sites both beautifully treed and open. Our facilities include both full
hookup and water and electrical sites, all with firepits and firegrates and picnic
tables, with telephone capability. |

Explore Our Surroundings
While exploring our natural forest walking trail area an unusual
variety of birds and small animals can be sighted, or venture out of the park on your ATV and
explore our areas many old trails and small lakes as well as the many local
sightseeing points of interest. |

full service, shopping, health, dining, and recreational facilities,
not to mention the many local services and restaurants. |

Seasonal Playground
The Homestead Trailer Park is a seasonal park,
providing limited off season services for our seasonal campers who enjoy the
beautiful tranquility of the fall, or the opportunities to explore our areas
bush trails on all terrain vehicles.
Winter at The Homestead promises to be a special time for those who enjoy
ice fishing, cross country skiing, or just wish to snowmobile our areas top
